SkillMind replaces all of that with one system of record so every cohort, every mentoring session, every rubric sign-off, and every completion outcome is captured the same way — visible to the L&D ops lead, the mentor, the learner, and the auditor.
Founding story
SkillMind started in 2024 when our founder watched a regional bank try to onboard 800 cloud architects across three programs running on five different tools. The compliance audit took six weeks of spreadsheet reconciliation. The platform that should have existed, didn’t. So we built it.
Three years and twenty enterprise customers later, the same platform now powers cohort programs, mentor marketplaces, and audit-ready learning operations across multiple industries.
