Agreement
By accessing or using SkillMind ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Use of the Service
SkillMind grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal learning & development operations. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant SkillMind a limited license to host, store, and display it as required to operate the Service on your behalf.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time per the commercial agreement signed with your tenant. On termination, we will provide a reasonable export window for your tenant data per our Data Processing Addendum.
Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillMind disclaims all warranties not expressly set forth in the master agreement.
