Overview
SkillMind provides a cohort-based learning platform to enterprise L&D teams. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact us at privacy@skillmind.example for questions.
What we collect
We collect account identifiers (name, work email), program activity (enrollments, submissions, evaluations), operational telemetry required to run the service, and — with your consent — analytics data to improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
How we use data
We process personal data to provision tenants, run programs you are enrolled in, authenticate access, respond to requests, meet legal obligations, and, where you have opted in, to personalise content and communications.
Retention
Demo-request records are retained for 24 months unless you request deletion sooner. Tenant data is retained for the duration of the contract plus the period required by the applicable agreement; audit records follow the retention rules published in the customer agreement.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Use the account-level Data & privacy surface or email privacy@skillmind.example.
