    Onboard the cohort

    Bulk-upload the roster, map programs, assign mentors — an operator can launch a 40-learner cohort in under ten minutes.

  2. Step 02

    Launch the phases

    The system enforces prerequisites. Learners see what unlocks next; operators see who is where.

  3. Step 03

    Evaluate & sign off

    Evaluators grade against shared rubrics. Sign-off is immutable — the audit trail remembers who and when.

    Close & export

    Cohort close triggers the archive and the final report. Everything downstream (billing, retention, ML) reads from the close event.
